We partner with tree care services, and private landowners to salvage logs from trees that need to be removed. These logs are then milled into lumber, which are used for furniture, cabinetry, home products and office products.
By salvaging and reusing the wood from these trees, Woodlands Woodworks helps in reducing the amount of waste in the landfill, allowing the lumber to continue storing carbon which helps reduce the effects of climate change.
From the historic Deanin 450+ year old oak to the Hurricane Sandy White Oak, each tree has a unique story and history. Please look at our rescued trees and the products we have derived from such wonderful trees that were due to be chipped or burned.
